- What is a workspace?
A workspace is a shared space where your team members collaborate on links, QR codes, and pages. It keeps everyone's work organized in one place with shared access and consistent branding. In older documentation you may see this referred to as a "team space."
- What is activity history?
Activity history is a log of actions taken by team members within a workspace, such as creating links, updating domains, or changing settings. It helps workspace owners see who did what and when, which is useful for accountability and troubleshooting. This was previously called the "audit log."
- What is data history?
Data history refers to how long your click and analytics data is stored and accessible based on your subscription plan. Higher-tier plans keep data available for longer periods, giving you more historical context for decision-making. You may see older references to this concept as "retention."
- What are campaign tags?
Campaign tags are tracking parameters added to your links that help you measure where traffic comes from and how campaigns perform. They flow into your analytics tools so you can compare channels, ads, and promotions side by side. These were previously referred to as "UTM parameters."
